Restoring a Flooded Luxury Condominium in Auburn, NY

This flooded luxury condominium at a lake in Auburn, NY was the result of a frozen pipe that burst while the homeowners were away for the winter. Once the pipes thawed he water ran for an extended period and affected every room in the  but settled in the basement.  In this photo you can see the extent of damage it created. The upholstered furnishings and carpeting could not be saved, but we exercised great care and were able to dry out and save all of the expensive wood furniture and intricately finished wood trim on ceiling, walls and floors. After all wet materials were removed and the structure was dry, the customers were relieved and ready to start their renovations.
