Plumbing Failure and a Water Damaged Ceiling
The ceiling in this Federal Way home was stained and starting to sag from a steady water drip from a failed connection. The non-salvageable ceiling panels can be cut out in a neat rectangular manner to simply the eventual installation of new ceiling material. The exposed copper pipes can be repaired, the attic crawlspace dried using air movers and a dehumidifier, and then an antimicrobial product applied to help sanitize the affected areas. We work to mitigate, and restore building elements and content whenever possible; but, when it is not feasible, we can offer a full-service water damage restoration service. When completed, a walk-through with our customer typically bears the comment of I cannot believe it, "Like it never even happened."
